Pack a lunch, bring a friend and enjoy live musical entertainment. All concerts are located at Summerlakes Park Pavilion and begin at 11:30A. NEW! this year – our friends at Warrenville Public Library District will be offering story time at 11:15A prior to Lunchtime Live.
July 10 – Scribblemonster
With songs recognized by National Public Radio, Parent’s Choice Awards, and Parenting Magazine, Jim Dague’s approach to music, learning, and play as ScribbleMonster has earned him spots on television and radio (including five #1 hit songs on Sirius/XM’s Kids Place Live; producer, writer, and featured performer on the PBS show Wimee’s Words; and creator and host of The ScribbleShow and ScribbleMonster’s Field Trip Radio on satellite radio), as well as thousands of performances at libraries, schools, and other special events. As pioneers of the “Kindie Rock” scene ScribbleMonster has regularly performed at venues and festivals including Lollapalooza, the Sheridan Opera House, and Museum of Science and Industry. ScribbleMonster’s performance encourages audience participation and opportunities for creative expression.
