All Fitness Memberships Fees
We offer Annual and Short Term Memberships for Adults, Couples, Families, Seniors and Youth-Once you select the membership that works for you, complete the FitnessNOW Membership Application or FitnessNOW Membership Renewal Application and bring it in with proof of address or email to info@warrenvilleparks.org to get started.
A $25 Enrollment Fee applies to all New Memberships (Excluding Silver Sneakers, Renew Active & Track)

- * = All EFT contracts are a yearlong commitment and automatically draw from a checking account or credit card each month.
- * = All Annual Memberships are paid in full options.
- * = A Family is defined a civil union between two people and no more than 2 children under the age of 21 residing in the same household. Any additional family member over four people will have the option to add each extra individual for $8 a month or $96 a year.
- An Adult Couple is defined as any two persons residing in the same household within the ages of 21 and 54.99.
- A Senior Couple is defined as any two persons residing in the same household above the age of 55.
- Proof of Residency is required for all passes.
